The Business Manager - Technology Practice is responsible for the delivery of the Business Part of the Business Plan of the Technology Practice. The Business manager's role will comprise owning and Driving Revenues for the Practice

This will be achieved by the following set of initiatives:

- Enabling Sales through provisioning collateral as well as evangelizing the technology practice. The Business Manager owns the collateral creation workflow managing critical interfaces with marketing, sales, presales, and other teams

- Generating demand through digital marketing initiatives (like customer webinars and mailers) and driving lead generation for the Services of the Practice through Inside Sales, Marketing campaigns, Events and Field engagements, in collaboration with the Marketing team.

- Ensuring that the company website and sales intranet (Micro-sell) accurately reflects the offerings and services of the technology practice, in collaboration with the Marketing team.

- Keeping abreast of market trends and technology shifts to ensure that our service offerings continue to stay relevant for our customers.

- Bringing in an Outside-In view of the services and being the voice of the customer and field sales

- Keeping track of Competition, both existing and emerging players and benchmarking for competitive service offerings, solutions and delivery models in areas coming under the technology practice.

- Collaborate with the Sales Process as a SPOC working with the sales, pre-sales, solutions and bid management and assisting the Tech Practice leader in his communication to all customers and prospects

Key Accountabilities : 

- Own the workflow for the creation of tech and business collateral that is committed by technology practice.

- Deliver periodic reports to the Tech Practice leader on service offerings/solutions/ delivery models in the market under the technology practice through market assessment/research/analyst inquiries

- Build a references program to create a differentiated sales kit closely with local country and Business Unit marketing teams to run sales, awareness and positioning campaigns into the countries

- Own the campaigns and deliver leads by availing services of the marketing and BDG team

- Own the content on the website for the specified technology practice. Ensure that the SOP for website updates is effectively implemented and that offerings of the technology practice is accurately represented on the website and other offering documents
