Business Manager- Strategic EA to CXO- Ahmedabad,Chennai

We are looking for a Strategic Manager- CXO office for our client with pan India presence

Job Details :

Reports to :CXO

Experience : 2+ yrs ,strong in Finance , analytics, presentation skills ,stakeholder management

Education : Graduate/PG with MBA - Regular

Skills / Competencies :

- Business outcome driven with a solution mindset

- Analytical skills

- Innovative and capability to come up with out of box Ideas.

- Good facilitator/coordinator

Relevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration) : Business Analyst/ Consultant/Strategic EA profile

Working Conditions : Regular working hours ; 5 days a week.

KRA:

- Drive all departments for timely and accurate data sharing with stakeholders for meaningful analysis

- Submit an error-free/accurate presentation to stakeholders for key decision making

- Organize team review meetings for performance discussion and improvements

- Circulate the agenda of discussion

- Prepare a MOM of the review meeting

- Circulate the MOM with the action points/deadlines agreed

- Track the closure and ensure reporting to stakeholders

- Execution of Spl. Projects/initiatives
