Designation - Business Manager - IT Services

Location - Mumbai

Reporting to General Manager - Quality

Education - Bachelor of Mech. Engineering with 8 to 10 years experience. Having a MBA in sales is an added advantage

Experience - 8+ years of experience in similar industry

People Management -

People management skills (Handling a technical team size of 20+)

Service partners development and Management

Skills -

Knowledge of HVAC system.

Knowledge of Power systems / UPS are added advantage

Business Development and P&L Management

Knowledge of ERP system

Field service experience

Service records monitoring

Service Schedule management at country level

Excellent Computer skills

Willingness to travel extensively

Purpose of the role - To convert Service organization as Profit Center. Acquiring new service business. Managing customer service with a team of Service Engineers

- Managing Service Business (Service Sales, Service Operation & Collections)

- Responsible for IT Services P&L

- Business Development for Service

- Managing service network across the country

- Coordinate with regions and technical support

- Spares management

- Managing service partners

- Technical training for customers, service partners and technical team

- Forecasting and achieving Service Sales target

- Customer visits - for a service support and Service sales

- Investigate Technical issues and provide solutions

Salary: 8 - 12 LPA
