Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Sales/Servicing/Retention

Location: Pan India

Interview Rounds: 3 Rounds

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (First Saturday of each month off)

Shift: Day Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of 10-20 individuals

- Achieve monthly client retention and revenue targets

- Build and nurture professional relationships with clients

- Hire, train, and retain your team

- Provide consultation on digital marketing solutions

- Conduct in-person meetings with clients daily

Requirements:

- Aggressive self-starter with a hunger to learn and grow

- Positive attitude and customer orientation

- Excellent team management and interpersonal skills

- MBA with 1-5 years of experience in Sales/Servicing/Retention

- Preference for candidates with team handling experience
