Position : Business Manager - Ceiling Tiles (Leading Building Materials Company)
Role :
- Responsible for managing product life cycle for the Some of the Ceiling Tiles Product Categories - Understand & Evaluate opportunity, existing GAPs, category insights, etc.
- Drive category innovation, conduct competition benchmarking & devise differentiation plan
- Map growth opportunities and devise strategy to tap market potential
- Working closely in cross functional team for New product Development & Launch of category defining products.
- Work closely with operation & scm team for manufacturing & sourcing plan
- Draft & Implement Product positioning strategy according to market segment, customer categories, pricing ,competition tracking.
- Conduct product training programs for Sales & marketing team/Technical team/Customer to educate them about product benefits, specifications & uses
- Understand the underlying product costs and develop strategies to improve margins to help business make long-term profits
- Work on Pricing strategy for all products across assigned categories.
- Define & implement demand generation strategy, B2B demand generation plan, Digital campaign, & loyalty program for the users
- Conceptualize, develop, plan & implement the brand campaign through BTL strategies.
- Do Architect meets, participation is seminars , Branding etc.
- Plan 360 degree product Communications, Collaterals, Blogs & videos.
Requirements :
- MBA (Ideally Engg + MBA)
- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Sales in the Ceiling Tiles Business
- Extensive experience in the Building Materials Industry
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Demonstrate personal drive and be target oriented
- Aggressive and productive approach towards market development
- Should be able to identify emerging market trends & build a business strategy to face challenges of promising markets
- Identifying gaps in product portfolio and driving new product development
- Team player with strong cross functional networking ability
- Strong in concept/ solution selling
