- Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in Business Management with an FMCG/Consumer Durable/Service Industry
- Strong understanding of Online/D2C/Internet/Digital or Ecommerce Model
Education : Any Bachelor in Business Management or Engineering and MBA from Tier-1/Tier 2 College
Experience :
Proven experience in Business Management with strong proficiency in data analysis tools
Responsibility:
- Interface effectively with online, D2C, e-commerce, pricing, marketing, and digital marketing teams to align business objectives and execute strategic initiatives.
- Own the entire end-to-end customer journey and ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and customer experience across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns, promotions, and content tailored to the service business portfolio.
- Leverage customer feedback, market research, and data analytics to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and drive initiatives to address the same.
- Foster collaboration and communication among departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth within the service business segment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures, as necessary.
