We are urgently hiring for "Business Manager - Retail Sales - Gurgaon" with one of the reputed MNC.

Position - Business Manager - Retail Sales

Location - Gurgaon

Reporting to - National Manager

Required Education and Experience:

- Should handle a team of Managers/ AM

- Well versed in Retail Sales

General Knowledge and Technical Skills:

- Excellent presentation and communication skills,

- Good knowledge of English

- Good PC skills

Some Activities and Responsibilities:-

- Handling Sales & Marketing operations & thereby achieving Sales Targets in the territories of North India.

- Managing the Channel network of Premium Dealers, Distributors, Retailers

- Increasing the Reach through Additional Retailers in case of Distribution Products and appointing new dealers.

- Conception/Execution and Branding of company Stores.

- Handling a Team of SM/ASM/BDM/TM and Long arm Sales Associates.
