Business Manager - Real Estate

Salary Offered : 15-20 LPA

- Execution of real estate debt transactions in Mumbai/Pune region.

- Interactions with real estate developers, site visits and building deep meaningful relationships with various credit worthy developers in Mumbai MMR, Pune and Bangalore region (if required)

- Underwriting transactions by doing detailed financial modeling and primary market analysis (comps study, micro-market study, study of sales velocity of various comps, social infrastructure in micro market, etc).

- Preparation of and discussion of term sheets with reputed credit worthy developers as shortlisted in the above process.

- Preparation of credit committee notes/memos for various transactions under consideration.

- Working with various service providers, vendors and lawyers for successful closure of transactions

Transaction monitoring : Frequent developer interactions (monthly) and site visits (weekly schedule) for monitoring investments on real time basis. Obtaining all relevant information from the real estate development company in order to monitor the transaction
