Urgent opening for Business Manager - Pharma (Only Female Candidates should apply)

Roles & Responsibilities :

Primary Responsibilities

- Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong Pharma customer relationships and new customer partnerships within the organization

- Develop and maximize company presence and market share in designated accounts and territory for the pharma market

- Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere sales organization to manage the pharma accounts,

- Develop long-term customer relationships with assigned accounts.

- Partner with other team members to maximize the customer opportunity.

- Keep manager informed of Insight and market landscape changes in pharma sector.

- Knowledge of fundamental program management principles

- Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment

- Demonstrated leadership, customer management skills.

- Strong presentation and communication skills with proven ability to influence.

- Ability to effectively lead and energize cross functional, diverse, and international organizations and customers

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification highly desired

- Ability to travel up to 25% to 50% of the time.

- Will be responsible to achieve required cost and schedule adherence, scope management, compliance, and Integrated Product Delivery and Support compliance.

- Day to day Operations

- Managing the team of Project Managers.

- Key program performance metrics include Estimate at Completion fidelity, Cost Performance Index, Schedule Performance Index, On Time to Request, Accounts Receivable etc.

MUST HAVE

- Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, M-Pharmacy.

- Minimum of 12-15 years in business development/operations Experience with at least 5-7 years in Pharma industry in various roles.

- Understanding of project management/project execution, billability, risk assessment.
