1. Scope of the role
Revenue (Sales) and Experience Delivery for E-com Partners (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, etc) and upcoming new ecommerce enabled Website
2. Job Profile
Responsible for topline (revenue) through e-com Partners (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra and internal website) for the brand
3. Key Deliverables
1) Topline Delivery :
- Revenue delivery as per business plan through
a. Relationship Management with key partners
b. Merchandise management
c. Commercial accountability for outstanding and corresponding debits/credits
2) Efficient PO Management
- Managing Purchase Orders coming from Amazon and Flipkart and making sure the fulfillment of POs on time.
- Managing CFAs and marketplaces warehouses alignment.
3) Performance Marketing on Marketplaces
4) Managing Big Billion Days/Amazon great Indian sale equivalent events end to end
5) Creating Listings and Content on marketplaces for new launches and existing revisions
6) Support - Working with our internal teams and vendors to provide our partners with necessary content (images, logo, etc) to enable sale
4. The right person
- 3-4 years Work Experience in the field of Retail, Marketing, Ecommerce
- Good associate handling skill; E-commerce experience is a bonus
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders ( internal and external ) drive towards the objective with complete alignment
- Candidates with MBA will be preferred
- Ability to hustle and exceptional execution speed
- Hardworking, Positive, can-do attitude. Can handle stretch goals with ease.
