Business Manager - HR - IT/ITeS/Online

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Mix of Organization Effectiveness and Business Unit HR

2. Understanding the needs of the organization and design the relevant frameworks

3. Proactively engage in strategic business planning where there is HR impact in order to ensure successful implementation of HR programs and processes

4. Identify the need for new or improved HR processes and drive the development and implementation of those processes.

Key Requirements: -

1. MBA (HR) from premier B School (Top 10) plus Engineering graduation (preferable but not compulsory)

2. Max 2 years of work experience as Generalist/ Business HR Partner/ OD/ OE/Central L & D preferably in Internet/ Digital/ E Commerce/ IT/ ITES companies

3. Flexible work style and approach based on Business's needs. Assertive communication skill is required.
