Purpose:
Responsible for all activities for Kerala region. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. Responsible for overall functioning of the branch.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall functioning of the branch.
- Represent ITQ in all business related activities for the Kerala region.
- Mentor and guide the sales, technical and training team in the region. Synergies the regional team‘s activities/functions in accordance with the company policy and the all departments.
- Responsible for the smooth functioning and Administration of the branch offices.
- Strategies sales and marketing activities for the Kerala region and provide market feedback to the HO.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries.
- Track competition activities and counter them effectively.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
- Responsible for generation of the sales and market information reports on a regular basis.
- Attend functional training to develop product knowledge and skills.
- Nominate self for soft skills training relevant to job assigned.
- Motivate, lead and guide team members to increase their product/market knowledge and skills.
Knowledge:
- Good conceptual knowledge of CRS.
