Knowledge and Experience:
- MBA/CA/B.Tech (preferably from top Engineering or Tier 1 B-School - IIM/IIT)
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as KAM in Ecommerce
- Experience in handling large e-commerce business accounts
- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in the English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Competencies:
- Prior working experience as a Business Manager for own website in FMCG sector or in a similar role
- Proven ability to come up with business strategies to grow and generate sales
- Excellent understanding of operations in Shopify
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
Skills & Requirements:
- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience strategizing, managing, and optimizing Ecommerce operations on Shopify to generate revenue and meet monthly sales targets
- You have a strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and multiple tasks while responding to changing priorities and feedback
- You are a hands-on self-starter, with a can-do positive attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and a strong work ethic will also be essential
