Scope:

- Responsible for a team of 5-7 consultants in IT, ITeS & Telecom sectors, covering a limited number of mid/high job profiles and focusing on a limited number of clients.

Job purpose :

To achieve team and personal sales targets through :

- Developing and managing a defined client and candidate base

- Delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and services

- Developing, supporting and motivating a team of consultants

- Compliance with company policies and reporting processes
