Business Manager - FMCG/Retail - CA

Hiring "CA" for the role of Business Manager with minimum 4 Years Experience in FMCG / Retail industry for Mumbai location.

Roles:

1)Lead and manage the business finance activites for affiliate and brand cluster while managing the end to end P&L with a ROI mindset and drive strategy formulation and execution with close partnership with local & regional leadership.

2)Responsible for end to end business finance activities for cluster of brands and manage affiliate level P&L in line with global strategy and guidance.

3)Demonstrate finance controllership for end to end P&L, generating and monitoring ideas on cost management, evaluation of capital expenditure proposals and ensuring ROI's.

4)Drive zero-based/top-down/ detailed annual budget by working closely with teams to achieve targets based on respective strategy.

5)Support in formulation and execution of corporate strategy with Leadership and collaborate with Global / Regional on Key Priorities and focus areas.

6)Drive the Long-Range planning process in collaboration with Brand Managers and cross functional teams (Marketing, Communications and Online); based on requirement by the Global leadership team.

7)Prepare key strategy documents (budget, estimate and long-range plan) for the affiliate as and when required by the top management.

Additional Requirements:

- Knowledge of accounting principles & practices, understanding of Indian statutory requirements related to Indian Companies Act & US GAAP

- Knowledge of SOX

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qliksense.

- Planning software like Onestream, SAP's Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), Hyperion etc

- Experience from FMCG / Retail industry preferred
