A leading FMCG is looking for Business Manager (IIM/SPJ/XLRI/FMS/MDI/JBIMS/SIBM/IIFT)  Purpose of the Role:  The incumbent would be working in a startup like environment. He/She would be responsible for identifying target segments for entry and creating a winning mix to deliver the business objectives for the channel. He/She would also be responsible for handling day to day operations of the channel to deliver topline and bottom-line expectations from the channel.  Qualification & Experience :  - MBA/ PG from Premier institute with 6-8 years of experience  - Understanding of the Food Category. Prior exposure to the category is mandatory.  - Experience in building entry plans for the channel encompassing Opportunity scoping, Segmentation, Choice making of target segment basis attractiveness and ability to win.  Key Deliverables of the Role:  - Responsible for developing the business case to encompass customer value chain, product strategy, market & Competitive analysis, GTM strategy, and financial assessment.  - Develop winning product mix in conjuction with the product development and technology teams.  - Developing marketing and channel plan for prototype launch and subsequent scale-up  - Working with cross-functional resources to build key capabilities to establish the business.  Functional Competencies:  - Experience handling full cycle innovation from concept to conceptualization  - Experience in consumer marketing  - Market Strategy & Planning and Operations: Ability to translate strategy into cogent execution plans  - Project Management  Behavioral Competencies  - Comfortable with Ambiguity, Self- starter  - Enjoys the challenge of working in a startup like environment  - Entrepreneurial Drive -Passionate about building brands and business from a scratch  - Balance of strategic and execution mindsets  Reporting Relationships:  - Reports to: Head - New Business
