Business Manager - FMCG

Job Title: Business Manager - East Africa

Location: Nairobi

Educational Qualification: Full Time MBA from good Institutes

Experience: More than 8 years

Target Companies: FMCG & Paints.

Role and Responsibilities :

1. The business manager will be responsible for developing the business in Kenya, Tanzania, & Uganda to begin with (other neighboring countries could be added later)

2. Will be responsible for developing the business strategy for key counties with engagement of Indian business and define the key product and geographic segments to focus on .

3. Develop suitable understanding of the market to develop detailed execution plans in terms of product development as well as distribution network in these countries

Experience:

1. The person must have experience of working in East Africa . Experience more then 1 country will be helpful.

2. Must have experience of sales and marketing.

3. Experience of developing network of distributors and some exposure of managing exports from India will be helpful.

4. Good command over English is must. Local languages of Africa will be an asset.
