Sr. Manager / Manager - Business / Delivery
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Managing and Mentor a team
2. Driving the business function while ensuring Team Productivity and 100% Target achievement
3. Identify and develop client business/relationships with Home grown and MNC firms as Talent Acquisition partners
4. Independently manage your set of clients and proactively engage with them for their recruitment needs. Mining accounts through relationship management and creating client delight through exceptional delivery
5. Source high-caliber candidates through job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals etc.
6. Generate a market contact database by performing market research through various channels
7. Ensure timely billing and collections on all accounts
8. MIS, Dashboard and Data management for management reviews.
9. Create and present dashboards on Verticals performance bimonthly
The Successful Candidate
1. Minimum 10 - 15 years of strong experience in a recruitment firm
2. Must have led a team for at least 5 Years. Someone with experience in managing remote team members is an added advantage
3. Should have a Degree with prior work experience in a client-facing role
4. Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5.Should have strong commercial business acumen
