The person will be responsible for the following: - Drive customer engagement using the digital and non-digital channels available - Responsible for retention of customers (avoiding churn of customers) - Leverage cross-sell &amp; up-sell opportunities using the appropriate digital and non-digital channels available - Own targets related to retention (% participation, Withdrawal, % Attrition) and business from existing customers (AUM, Ticket size) - Work closely with the customer-facing teams to drive the desired customer experience: Involves training, monitoring and measurement - Identify opportunities &amp; solutions for this customer segment basis data science and customer behaviour understanding The ideal candidate will have : - Experience, Skills and Attributes - 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a business role (preferably from BFSI) - The problem-solving mindset with analytical skills - Very strong written and verbal communication skills - Project and stakeholder management - MBA from a Premium Institution
