Key Responsibilities :
- Revenue maximization and achievement of business targets by improving client Renewals and Upsells Act like a consultant to the clients and ensure high level of client satisfaction through personalized solutions and issue resolutions.
- Capturing key process and product feedback for client experience improvements through data analysis and RCAs.
- Drive quality service demonstrations by team on video meetings
- Regular team trainings and audits to maintain service quality
