Business Manager - Client Servicing - Bank & Financial Services

Our client is a global bank and financial services with operations across the globe. As part of global operations, they are actively seeking an experienced individual to be part of their Asset & Wealth Management team. This is a Vice President grade role with extensive interaction across other businesses and senior management in the organization.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for both the day-to-day management and acts as a key support contact for administrative, operational and general servicing issues for clients globally.

- Handle Pre-sales (DDQ/RFP) for Due Diligence Questionnaire catering to clients for a suite of asset management products including equity, fixed income, private equity, real estate and hedge funds.

- Responsible for Global Client Management Research and support global relationship management.

- Construct tailored business proposals, create and refine core responses, and manage content development for new products and services.

- Providing strategic support to business leaders.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- At least 10+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in Custody, Asset Servicing & Management, Fund Management, Wealth Management, Global Markets or Prime Brokerage space.

- A relevant qualification (MBA /CA) and Investment Banking/Asset Management experience.

- Good understanding of Custody and Asset Management space.

- Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role

- Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output.
