Business Manager

The Business Management team is responsible for ensuring that day to day business is running smoothly. It is responsible for business plans and strategy, financial analytics, working capital management, performance MIS, human capital MIS, oversight over infrastructure and service providers, business continuity planning, statutory compliances and a variety of other business management tasks.

The Business Management Team provides business management support to Mumbai, Jacksonville and Birmingham operations and works in close association with respective COOs.

Role Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Entity as well as Product Financial and Non Financial Analytics

- Responsible for focus reports on key cost drivers

- Liaison with Control Partners to ensure Entity Statutory compliances are met

- Responsible for planning & budgeting, Quarterly Reviews (QRM)

- Responsible for working capital management including forward contract management

- Primary liaison with Local Product Business Managers as well as Global Business Management community

- Work with the Business Managers to proactively identify and implement improvements to the way in which different processes works

- Coordinate cost centre for new desk setup

- Responsible to prepare and maintain the Service Schedules across all regions for Infrastructure costs

- Gatekeeper to Policies and procedures

- Annual business planning support for financial and infrastructure

- Represent the business and liaise with the various control functions to get guidance around Tax, Regulatory & Compliance requirements.

Skills:

- CA/MBA with experience in analytics
