We are looking for Business Management Analyst - Markets with leading Investment Bank.
Location: Bangalore
Please find below the job description for your reference;
Responsible for supporting the EMEA Markets Management Office with general Business Management and Administration functions, including;
- Coordination and ownership of Management Information required by the Markets Management Office for business monitoring and key decision making - across strategic initiatives, business performance and headcount.
- Developing the Management Office MI function for global consistency and to ensure timely information is produced.
- Liaison with COO community as a communication point for the Management Office on key initiatives and other important business projects which are critical for the Management Office to both understand and provide support for where necessary.
- Provide support in terms of material preparation and meeting administration for EMEA Markets Mgmt meeting, including creation of Executive Committee meeting packs
- Assist with planning BCP Evacuation activities, ad-hoc projects, information collection, procurement of items, etc
- Coordination of Joiner/Leaver/Transfer process for Markets EMEA (and potentially globally) to ensure timely, efficient and consistent on and off-boarding of staff. This task includes liaison with the business at all levels plus IT and Facilities.
- Manage the Global Markets travel/cross-border process on behalf of the COO, liaising with HR, Group Travel and business development teams in the build-out and support for new tools to replace current spreadsheet/email based system.
Requirements:
- Overall experience of 3-7 years preferably in Markets/Investment banking industry
- Understanding of Markets products will be a plus
- Analytical Skills - proven interpretation and utilization of Management Information
- Ability to distill complex and varied data into information; good process analysis and problem solving skills
- Advanced level of MS Excel and Power point skills
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure that information is captured in a timely manner
- Excellent written, verbal & presentation communication skills
- The ability to quickly understand customer requirements and concerns and deliver a quality result to them
- Proven ability to prioritise workload effectively in line with business priorities
- Willingness to own work and problems and see through to completion and to use own initiative to resolve issues
- Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to succeed within a matrix management structure and build and maintain global team relationships
- Able to work independently, proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines
- Evidence of delivery in a similar role within a global organization would be an added advantage
- Exp required 4 to 6 years.
Qualification - Post Graduation or MBA with experience of Banking industry will be preferred.
