Business Legal Specialist - BFSI

1. Our core business is to borrow and on-lend it to our customers. This role will be the first point of contact in reviewing various legal agreements and building templates to support these core businesses.

2. Being a regulated entity, we are subject to multiple laws and regulations. This role will be required to keep abreast of legislative changes and regulations. Conduct impact analysis and advise businesses on compliance requirements with the applicable laws.

3. We engage multiple strategic partners and vendors to provide various services. This role will be responsible for negotiating the legal agreements and ensuring minimum legal risks to us.

4. Identifying open legal risks and drafting or updating processes and policies to mitigate those risks.

5. Assist in equity raising process.
