Business Leader - Metaverse Practice Development

Responsibilities:

Looking for a dynamic & creative individual leader who can develop complete practice; extensive knowledge of working in technical space of metaverse, will bring potential use cases of customers to reality to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading & shaping Metaverse practice. Lead GTM activities through new market offerings, industry led solutions.

- Responsible for consulting clients about their business strategies & helping them to formulate an approach to evaluate high impact use cases, prioritize opportunities, propose technology solutions, lead implementation for creating differentiated Metaverse experiences.

- Own business development through proactive opportunity identification & shaping solutions through client engagements, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams

- Be a partner to CEO/CTO organization and build propositions combining customer exp. & technology to drive Metaverse business KPIs for industry verticals

- Lead customer workshops and solution discussions on metaverse

- Drive POC / Use Case realization in various Metaverse platform.

Experience:

- Min .of 5 years of experience in the Metaverse and/or related technologies such as VR/AR, Blockchain, game design, ARCore/Arkit, NFTs, Web 3.0, etc out of Overall experience.

- Exp. with 3D gaming engine such as Unity or Unreal, a programming exp. with C# and .NET on these platforms

- 18+ years of creative application architecture, platform development experience .

- Proven exp. to overseeing creative teams &/or developers creating and then delivering high quality products/services

- Exp. in building interactive digital models & experiences optimized for metaverse platforms

- Proven exp. on working one or more of Spatial, Tochcast, Altspace VR, Engage & Arthur

- Ability to architect with Web3 libraries (e.g. web3.js, ethers.js) & smart contracts (e.g. Solidity, Truffle, Hardhat, Brownie)

- Functional exp. of various Metaverse Development Tools & Frameworks like HyperCube/ XREngine/ JanusWeb

Industry Sectors:

- Exp. in one or more of the following industry sectors will be an added advantage: BFSI, Tech/Digital/Gaming/Mfg, Retail/Travel/Hospitality, Health, Logistics, Energy & Utilities.

Role Demands:

- Role will support the functional creativity and imagination of IT applications in his/her area of responsibility including design & development of metaverse systems and POCs for business development.

- Applies proven communication, analytical and creative skills to help identify use cases which could have potentials in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments on Metaverse.

- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary distributed teams .
