Logistics / Supply Chain Leader P&L (12 -25 Yrs) - India and Abroad

Opportunity :

- The opportunity is with a highly respected business group with more than US $ 1Bn Turnover. The group is amongst the top 3 companies in the sectors it operates and very visible on media / TV via National Marketing Campaigns

- To Scale its Logistics and Supply Chain business, the group is looking for a seasoned Logistics / Supply Chain leader who can scale the business to a different level and start new revenue lines.

Requirement :

- Experience of managing and growing Logistics and Supply Chain P&L in various roles and levels

- Hunger for growth and creating a very large business

Role :

- Manage the existing huge Supply Chain and Logistics Network

- Utilize existing competence to start 3PL and other Supply Chain offerings to 3rd party companies

- Develop a complete P&L / Business Plan

- Divest current business into a new entity and manage it independently

- Grow existing business and introduce new revenue lines

- Hire Teams and setup each function and KPIs

- Scale up and grow

- Build processes

- Delivery excellent customer experience
