Business Leader - Education

- Looking for a business leader who can come in and scale up a 1-2Mn USD Corporate Training and eLearning business currently catered towards Indian IT / ITes and Consulting / BPM companies with a growing mandate to cater to additional industry verticals.

- The candidate needs to come in with proven experience and track record of managing stakeholders, penetrating accounts, giving strategic direction to the business and managing high capability teams.

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Leading the entire business portfolio

- Strategizing and leading geographical expansion and partnerships

- Managing the P&L and Topline of the business catered towards 3x growth for the next 3 years

- Hiring and managing the right sales and pre-sales team

- Forging strong relationship with key customers and account mining for key customers
