Business Leader - Digital Financial Transformation - RPA + BlockChain - F&A Domain - BPO

MUST HAVE :

- Candidates should have Bachelor's /Master degree from an accredited institution, graduate degree a plus.

- Candidate should have experience of leading and managing GLOBAL finance transformation projects

- Candidate should have experience of RPA AND BlOCKCHAIN Technology

Deliverable insights

- This position will lead the digital transformation for Finance & Accounting domain

The ideal candidate will manage the scope, schedule, and budget of multiple large-scale, cross-function projects to achieve desired objectives within the stated deadlines. This role will work closely with the corporate digital group and ensure that the Digital Finance strategy

This person will be also be responsible for developing new products and services leveraging latest technology and analytical tools

- Comprehensive understanding of digital finance transformation including but not limited to:

- Complex project management

- Defining digital finance agenda for customer/partner experience

- Finance system landscape

- Application of analytical tools like AI and ML

- Redesigning business process to optimize digital opportunities

- Facilitates and influences the development of overall program strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements. Strong project and resource management skills, with demonstrated ability to develop schedules and plans, manage risk and execution to deliver against the organization's goals & objectives.
