The individual will be responsible for the Retail Strata Business in the city and will play a leadership role in the team to achieve the targets assigned. He/she will be responsible for the operations within the Retail Strata team and will oversee the delivery of the Retail Strata business in the city. a) Build long-term relationships and strategic alliances with developers by understanding their Retail Strata needs and delivering high-quality service and preparing strategic plans accordingly. b) Work with Developers to market their projects. c) To be the profit centre for the division by enhancing business growth. d) Work towards developing productive business relationships with key partners, and collaborators and facilitate an effective business model for Retail Strata sales. e) Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the developer's business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services. f) Responsible for meeting and or exceeding monthly sales goals. g) Determining and generating Demand for Services by providing requisite options to buyers and prospects seeking Retail Strata premises for Investment or end-use. h) Leading brand building in the city by being the face and voice of the company across Social, print, and other media like Business conferences. Partnering with Marketing and Research for this purpose.
