We are currently retained by a growing SaaS based tech start-up in the country to hire a Business Lead (International Expansions) for them.

This role requires someone who has proven experience in launching a new product in international markets especially MENA region as well some countries in SEA. PLEASE NOTE ONLY THOSE WITH PRIOR EXPERTISE IN B2B SaaS expertise in MENA/SEA region will be preferred.

This role will encompass overseeing business expansion, formulating go-to market strategy, improving key metrics, and acquiring new customers. The role provides you the opportunity to work directly with business leaders to assist them in sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities would include:

1. Lead research and analysis on new market opportunities, strategic initiatives, business development, competitive landscape and cross-business segment opportunities.

2. Drive business growth and revenue, own and monitor the P&L (top line and bottom line) in these countries.

3. Lead Sales strategy and direction for international markets

4. Collaborate with Technology, Product Management and Marketing teams to drive future roadmap.

5. Developing business strategies in line with the company's short-term and long-term objectives.

6. Provide leadership to sales and marketing, including objectives and strategies for new launches, entry into new markets, customer acquisition strategies etc.

7. Drive, supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company's expansion in those regions.

To fit the bil, you must have:

- BE/MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes.

- 8+ years of exp. in building business and P&L management in tech based product companies.

- Experience in International Expansions in a B2B Product Company

- MENA and SEA regional business experience is a MUST HAVE

- Strong business acumen.

- Excellent communication skills.
