Job Title Business Lead

Location Mumbai

Salary : upto 30 lac p.a

Ethical Sales Lead would be responsible for managing entire ethical sales channel and driving business through Health Care Practitioners (HCP) Pan India.

Post Graduate (Preferable) in sales with minimum 6-7 years of experience in Healthcare /pharma

Responsibility:

- Lead a team of Wellness Managers to drive and deliver the set objectives

 Strategize and Implement Activations:

- Strategize promotional activities for different HCPs (doctors, nutritionists etc)

- Prepare and plan budgets along with other levers like agencies, marketing support for the activations

- Drive sales through local and organizational level activations

- Content Development/ Building product literature

- Create content for all the products

- Build sales literature, which can be used for different HCPs

- Customize content basis the need of the doctors, nutritionists.

- Supervision of Coverage

- Ensure that x number outlets/doctors are covered in each city

- Build dashboards to monitor and supervise the coverage

- Increasing Doctor Coverage List

- Continuously enhance and upgrade the coverage list basis effectiveness

- Identify important HCP's to continuously increase coverage

 Sales Measurement:

- Track how many prescriptions were issued and thus their conversion

- Sales Numbers of Prescription Brands

- strong communication and negotiation skills

- Sound forward thinking and planning skills

- Analytical skills to handle complex situations
