- Develop Ecommerce strategies to meet launch the business vertical to contribute to the overall organization revenue and growth targets
- Developing and executing Performance Marketing strategy thereby creating engagement in digital marketing plans to ensure maximum brand visibility across online platforms
- Coordinating with the Merchandizing team to ensure product availability and listing of new designs as per season launches
- Managing the overall E Commerce IT infrastructure along with the Product Managers to ensure a smooth interface and payment gateway
- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor the team performance, guiding and mentoring to get the best out of them
