We are looking to hire for a dynamic social entrepreneurship venture based out of Mumbai. The venture is backed by two very influential individuals who have been in this industry for the past decade.

What they are looking for:

Academic Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA or demonstrated proficiency in the domain.

2. A minimum of 2-4 years experience in business analysis or a related field.

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Building financial models using available primary and secondary data and providing forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics.

2. Valuation of company using valuation methodologies.

3. Creating revenue strategies by understanding short-term, mid-term and long-term business model.

4. Preparing financial budgets for the organization including forecasts based on business model.

5. Preparing collateral including presentations and spreadsheets required during fund-raising.

6. Closely working with different departments / functions within the organization to understand expenses / cash-flow.

7. Recommending and implementing process for improvements to budget and prepare forecast for company.

8. Identifying the key financial and non-financial risks, recommending actions for mitigation of those risks.

9. Updating financial models during the course of the year and following corporate actions.

10. Conducting Scenario Analysis based on macro and micro factors that will help in assessing risk.

11. Applying appropriate sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment actions.

12. Capital Structure Analysis.
