Main Purpose - This job role is required to provide actionable insights by :

1. Organizing external & internal data

2. Implementing information flow process from multiple points & sources

3. Building data warehousing, preparing rules and enabling management dashboard in sync with the business unit economics

Duties and responsibilities :

- Responsible for analyzing, deriving and suggesting efficient solutions in order to maximize proficiency and productivity according to business needs

- Collaborating with the required departments for obtaining accurate data

- Responsible for analyzing data w.r.t processes and requirements and deriving efficient solutions in order to maximize business proficiency

- Develop and manage BI solutions

- Provide reports, processes and Excel VBA applications through the application life cycle

- Collaborate with concerned teams in order to develop the desired business results

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions

- Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations

Job requirements :

- MBA

- 6 - 8 years as a Business Analyst or 10 Plus years of overall experience

- Excellent proficiency in MS excel

- Should have a background in the retail/eCommerce industry

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to proactively contribute both independently and as part of a team

- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
