Position - Consultant - Business Intelligence/ Customer Intelligence/ Marketing Analytics

Reports to: Branch head/ Managing Director

Compensation - Current Salary between - Rs. 18 to 25 Lakhs

Job Description:

- The Consultant needs to be an expert in the application and execution of consumer data and analytics, playing a key role in supporting the development of customer-centric business and loyalty marketing strategies.

- The individual will manage a team of analysts and executives and help them develop analytics approaches and CRM solutions for clients.

- Define and design campaigns, oversee data extracts and list builds, build KPIs and design dashboards, oversee builds of predictive models and comment on segmentation strategy, track and report response and ROI.

- The individual should have 6-10 years of relevant experience in BI/ Customer Intelligence/ Marketing Analytics in one or more domains of retail/ telecom/ financial services.

- The individual should also be highly proficient in presentation of complex data and be able to explain complex analysis to business users.

- A key requirement is the ability to go beyond analytical thinking and recommend campaigns and marketing initiatives based on the data.

- Client management skills are a crucial requirement, as are communication skills.
