Job Responsibilities

- Capability to bring advance analytic to implement Data as Asset & Data as Service models which leads to bottom line business impact.

- Support the identification, design and implementation of continuous profit improvement levers through data analytics to achieve revenue and strategic goals established by the organization,

- Develop analytical solutions that provide actionable insights on customer and sales behaviors and patterns which will support the organization sales & marketing strategies for growth.

- Ability to strategize and implement advance data capturing techniques, develop customer & business insights using predictive analysis & other statistical techniques.

- Synthesize diverse, complex information to develop a compelling story with data and insights

- Work with the leadership team to understand their strategic problem and solve that using data/analytic techniques.

- Recognize opportunities for process improvements and drive standardization. Support development and management of metrics, KPIs, and dashboards

- Define solutions & strategy for given business problems based on internal and external data (business problems could be: new market entry / new product or segment launch / ramp up of existing business / productivity improvement)

- Need to communicate the insights in form of actionable initiates which can be tracked to closure/impact.

- Work cross-functionally and support ad hoc analyses to give a more structured shape, examine recent and historical data, identify salient trends, develop statistical models, and surface key insights. Educate Business/ function Heads on how to leverage this data as an asset for their function/business

Skill sets required

- Proven ability to dig-in and understand the data and to leverage creative thinking and problem-solving skills to create new data models

- Strong knowledge in reporting tools, data manipulation, statistical models and visual presentation

- Strong customer / user orientation ability to think - big picture- and understand the key trends and levers that drive the business

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues /scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts

- Effective presentation skills and experience with audiences of all levels

- Prior experience in financial services / consulting firms would be preferred

Preferred Profile

- Must have an MBA ( Finance Preferably)

- 8-12 years of experience in analytical consulting, predictive analytics and MIS preferably hands-on programming using SAS/ reporting tools

- Hands on experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence tools to derive MIS (highly preferred)

Experience of working with large distributed database systems
