The primary objective of The All Star program is to develop participants into productive, client engaged BLEND360 employees and set the foundation to build a fast-track career in Business Intelligence The All-Star focused on Business Intelligence will: - Work with clients to understand visualization and analytical requirements, KPIs and the underlying databases and data sources - Work with data in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, Amazon Redshift and other similar cloud based and/or on-premises databases; write SQL scripts to transform the data - Develop best-in-class dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI to communicate actionable business insights - Identify trends, summarize findings, and provide recommendations - Work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment with Engineers, Project Managers, Analysts, Data Engineers and Data Scientists Requirements: - Ability to gather, analyze, document and validate business requirements. Ability to gather & query business data from different data sources/databases using SQL and/or other tools such as Alteryx or Knime Familiarity with one or more data sources such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle database or Amazon Redshift - Ability to analyze data, identify trends and present findings with recommendations - Ability to use tools such as Tableau or Power BI to analyze and build reports/dashboards (Looker, ThoughtSpot and Sisense, a plus) Familiarity with Python or R is a plus - Demonstrate a desire to remain current with features in the latest industry technologies and standards Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, quantitative studies, such as Statistics, Math, Operation Research, Economics and Advanced Analytics
