Business Intelligence Analyst - CRM Support

We have an urgent opening.

PFA below JD.

The Business Intelligence Analyst roles require people with strong data management, data analysis expertise and any BI reporting tool experience of minimum 1 year. The right candidate should have evidenced a Values led approach in their current role and achievements.

Knowledge:

Demonstrated working knowledge of Cognos reporting, such as ad hoc MI extraction, manipulation of Cognos data in Excel and creation of PowerPoint packs for management reporting

Useful to have experience of the following, but not essential:

Building Cognos reports

Data, framework modelling

ETL Cognos experience

A good understanding of RDBMS data sets and basic SQL syntaxes.

The candidate is expected to have a understanding of dimensional modelling and basic principles of software development life cycle.

Proven experience in data management and data analysis w r t excel and/or access.

Must have atleast one year experience and skills in designing financial MI reports including dashboarding.

It is essential that the candidate has an aptitude to deliver accurate MI/reports/data within given schedules.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Significant experience dealing with onshore business partners

Excellent MS Office Skills - specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualification - Graduation/MBA Finance.
