Position description
- Takeover of parts of project responsibility to establish of a records inventory in CIB
- Support of the content driven structuring and coordination of multi-layer tasks in the context of Records / Documents management (e.g. deletion, retention, records classification, destruction guidelines, legal-holds)
- Key-contact for control functions and other key-stakeholder in the firm for CIB Records Management (e.g. Group ORM, Compliance, Group Data Protection, Legal, CISO, Group Audit)
- Analysing, planning and supporting of regulatory and mandatory requests in connection with Records Management
- Establishing of decision taking, statistical and reporting data (MIS) for Senior Management
- Responsibility to supervise and review of Records Management concepts and policies
- Day-to-day cooperation and interaction with global CIB BIRO Regions and countries.
- Profound CIB product skills and knowledge base
- Alignment with other BIROs (PCC, Postbank, WM), with the global Records Management/GIRM on Group Level
- Establishment and maintenance of the relevant global CIB matrix (COO/DCOs, Records Business Owner, IT-Architects, ITAOs a.o.)
- Awareness, training and guidance around the process of creation and maintenance of the records inventories within CIB
- Ensuring quality assurance of workflow & processes in daily business (RTB) following the successful implementation of the BIRO-Organisation
- Structuring and performance of the annual Recertification duties of the Records Inventories
- Implementation of new applications and systems and integrate them into the CIB BIRO-RTB- workflow
- Reporting line: Chief BIRO CIB Frankfurt
Professional :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both, German & English
- Additional languages are a plus but no must
- Ability to articulate and present complex issues combined with organizational experience and the ability to set and manage priorities
- Basic knowledge of banking industry
- Experience with the CIB product range and distribution channels and the main CIB IT-applications
- Proficient in use of Excel, Powerpoint, MS Word, Access, Visio, Sharepoint
- Proven experience with developing of access databases
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, programmes or portfolios of change/ applications as the interface between CIB and COO
- Experience with transformation project management (i.e. coordination of professional gatekeeper role for COO GTO)
- Sensitivity and effective relationship building skills across a diverse group of people/ different stakeholder
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment with high stakeholder complexity including the ability to lead and contribute to challenging discussions
- Records mgmt, compliance, Audit, CISA certification
