Job Location : Vadodara (Gujarat)

Job Description:

1. Role Purpose : 

Implement and maintain the corporate Management System frameworks including Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, Information Security, Business Continuity and Service Delivery along with any future Management Systems required by the organization.

Gain and retain ISO (or equivalent) certifications covering all operations for all Management Systems within designated territories.

2. Principal Accountabilities : 

- Contribute to the development and improvement of Management Systems with special attention to localisations within designated territories.

- Provide support to business sales in the provision of Management System expertise and collateral.

- Maintain corporate Management System frameworks and documentation.

- Prepare and undertake internal audits.

- Co-ordinate and facilitate audits conducted by external auditors

- Manage the Audit Actions register and carry out Re-Audits where necessary.

- Organise regular individual Management System management team meetings.

- Promote, engage and communicate with all staff and external stakeholders, internal Policies and Management Systems to ensure on-going relevancy and effectiveness.

- Identify relevant Management System related training needs and deliver training.

- Manage, monitor and review the on-going processes and effectiveness of the Management Systems, focusing on continuous improvement.

- Work with Acquisitions to incorporate them into the Management System Frameworks.
