Business HR Role - Tech Startup

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Business HR Partner to join our team in Mumbai. The Business HR Partner will collaborate closely with management and employees to drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, foster a positive work culture, and ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or experience managing human resources

- Min 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in Technology/start-up environment

- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in India

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

- Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels
