Job Role:


The Business HR will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategies to foster a positive work environment, manage employee relations effectively, and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of HR expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of industrial relations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.

- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.

- Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

- Lead efforts to foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in compliance with company policies and relevant laws.

- Act as the primary liaison between management and employees, facilitating communication and addressing concerns effectively.

- Stay abreast of changes in labour laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance and proactively addressing any potential issues.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet current and future business needs.

- Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.

- Lead negotiations with labour unions or employee representatives, if applicable, to ensure fair and productive outcomes.

- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels.

- Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide HR insights and recommendations to support organizational growth and success.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR department, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
