Purpose of Job
To partner with Housing Finance team for effectively delivering results through people strategy in all HR domain of Recruitment, HR Operations & Talent Management for Staff based out of Maharashtra/ Delhi NCR. Closely coordinating with all key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient HR programs that maximize employee satisfaction and performance levels

Essential Qualifications Full time MBA in HR from Top Management institutes.
Essential Skills & Experience Should have 4+ years of experience as Business HR in large corporate in diversified industry or a large conglomerate. Candidates having experience in Field HR experience especially BFSI or FMCG segment would be preferred.

Key Roles/Responsibilities -
- Manage the entire Employee Life cycle for employees
- Partner with senior stakeholders for understanding business short term and long term requirements and creating a roadmap for HR Interventions, so that business requirements are being achieved.
- Liaise with Sales Training team to develop processes and practices to ensure that effective training is provided to all employees, to meet the knowledge and skill requirements of the business.
- To develop and action plans, processes and practices to ensure that all employees are developed to their full potential and that employees- potential is identified and succession plans are in place.
- Coordinate with the Central CMOE for effective implementation of all HR processes & Initiatives like Recruitment, LnOD, PMS
- Carry out benchmark surveys to map HR practices & processes across the industries and interact with senior stakeholders to incorporate those in current HR Systems as per business needs
- To ensure that appropriate vehicles for internal communication are in place and effectively used to communicate with and involve employees at all levels.
- Partner with Senior Stakeholders, to provide effective processes for managing and appraising performance to build a robust PMS system and strong talent pipeline
- To monitor Business culture and Piramal values-adherence and help drive cultural change
- Managing RnR and other employee engagement related activities in branches.
- Required to travel to different locations in Maharashtra as and when required for different HR activities
- Looking after the attendance of all the employees & ensuring complete adherence to timelines
- Ensuring proper onboarding of all the employees
- Ensuring all exit cases are managed as per the set process.
