Objective:
The Objective of this role is to be a key Business HR Manager
Scope and Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning & Recruitment:
- Work with the Business Head & Head HR to manage manpower planning & deployment at the branch level and ensure optimal manning of region/positions
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition - Recruitment, selection & on boarding of relevant business and sales positions as per defined SLAs and in coordination with
Employee Relations:
- To partner closely with relevant business/sales teams to improve work relationships, build engagement, increase productivity, attract and retain talent
- Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills
- To initiate projects to increase employee retention and engagement
- Partner with all Sales Support teams to ensure timely and high quality delivery of HR services/programs
- Ensure & coordinate Welfare/Benefits/Insurance programmes are implemented well for the business
- Conduct &Analyse the causes of sales force attrition and take preventive measures along with the corporate HR resources.
- Driving Engagement activities for relevant business/ sales team
- To drive and ensure implementation of and compliance to all HR processes, systems and policies in all regions
- Ensure timely Time and attendance report to corporate payroll team.
- Improvements in ensuring timely completion of salary and expense( TA/DA) credit, timely completion of joining formalities, PF/ESIC forms issue for FTE & Third Party members
- Complete the full and final settlement in coordination with HR operations spoc.
Talent Management:
- To champion organization Values and reinforce the same in business through novel way - WOW cards
- To create multiple forum for improving the organization communication
- Undertake training needs analysis and coordinate appropriate functional and leadership programs to address the same in conjunction with the OD / corporate team
- Talent Management strategy- partnering with the Business Head & Function Heads for Roll out of the Annual Performance Management programmefor all level in sales (including 3rd party employees)
- Manage Annual Merit Exercise for All Sales Team
- To be the HR SPOC for the business review meetings for the Sales Team
MIS:
- Developing and implementing HR systems in Sales Organization.
- Lead the preparation of data, and analysing reports, especially staffing levels
- Third party resource management
Skills and Experience:
- Full time MBA with at least 7-10 years of experience in Sales/Business HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels
- Extremely collaborative and the ability to function in a matrix environment ( administratively Business Head & Functionally to HR Head)
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent team player; hands-on with a can-do approach and ability to get things done
Pro-actively with good problem solving skills
- Honest and high on integrity
- Should have strong Value foundation - Innovation, Achievement Orientation, Customer Focus, Care & Team work.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS excel &Powerpoint
- Willing to travel atleast 15 days in a month
