THIS ROLE REQUIRE CANDIDATES WITH HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN L&D
Description - The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Build strong partnership with the Business Leaders to deliver successful HR Market solutions and provide consultancy/advice.
- Drive market level projects around talent planning, learning & development, employee engagement and other One AXP HR initiatives.
- Work with Business on Strategic initiatives to support growth and business transformation
- Partner with other HR COE’s/groups – C&B, ER, Leadership Development to ensure the deployment of holistic HR products/ processes to enhance performance levels.
Qualifications
- Strong demonstrated People Leadership and relationship skills - within team , peers , superiors
- 8+ years of relevant HR experience in a professional / reputed organization
- Management Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management preferred
- Ability to provide thought leadership , Strong sense of ownership with passion to drive results
- Conflict resolution and change management skills
- Ability to influence others and build alignment on issues
- Excellent Presentation Skills to share HR Concepts/Initiatives with Senior Leadership
