Business HR - FMCG/Lifestyle

Looking forward to hire Business HR for a reputed Organisation in FMCG / Lifestyle space.

We have 3 roles : a) Based at Delhi handling North Zone (b) Based at Bangalore handling South Zone and (c) Based at Kolkata handling East Zone.

Each zones have an headcount of between 2000 - 3000 people.

Desired Candidate profile:

- MBA/ PG Dip in HR from reputed B schools (typically batches of 2005 and 2006)

- Must have handled Business HR roles for reputed MNC & Indian Companies

- Good understanding of the business nuances

- Ability to drive and manage with minimum supervision

- Good at team building and managing relationships with internal and external stake holders.

- Candidates from Consumer goods, Retail, Consumer Durable companies preferred.
