- Pivotal in shaping up the HR strategy for the Pan India aligned to business needs.
- Designing and implementing HR processes aligned with growing business requirements – constantly evolving recruitment models, appraisal process, attrition control mechanisms, engagement plan, mitigation and succession planning.
- Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle ensuring constant flow of the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- Conducting Midyear & Annual Performance Management evaluation for all the employees in the region, in line following the WHQ standards.
- Working out the formulation and implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies, including salaries for newly hired employees & executing the same. Follow the standardized fitment standards.
- Gathering market intelligence on new Initiatives and reporting competitors’ new initiatives.
- Preparing and presenting research reports comprising of industrial trends, industry information interpreting the result of research studies and providing business recommendations.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives – Championing it at Regional Level (for Direct and Indirect employees).
- Executed training programs like ‘People Management’, ‘Distributor Management’, ‘Help Program for Gr I and above’, ‘Coaching Skills’, ‘Communication Skills’, Presentation Skills’, and ‘IRIS Automation’.
- Handling Employee Relations & Queries
- Managing Human Capital Budgets for Manpower, Training, Recruitment, etc. as per the AOP standards.
- Undertaking analysis of department relevant MI, HR dashboard reports etc, collating them and sending the same to respective heads.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee resignation & termination. Initiated the stay interview analysis.
