Designation - Business Head - West & South (PDW & RGB)

Reporting To - Director Sales

Job Location - Mumbai, India (Corporate office)

Requisites -

- Graduate with 15+ years - experience in FMCG / Beverage Industry.

- Responsible for setting up & managing franchisee operations of packaged drinking water & RGB business as per the guidelines & norms of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Ensuring appointment, setting up & start of franchisees as per the business plan

- Manage the working of franchisee managers, getting the work done through franchisee managers

- Achievement of top line & bottom line numbers

- Ensuring maintenance of systems & documentations

- Co-ordination with various internal depts. Eg: marketing, technical, legal, commercials for providing the required support to the franchisees

- Ensure product quality as per the company's norms

- Keeping track of competitors data & work towards achieving the desired market share

- Analyzing the plant capacities of the franchisees and ensuring timely upgradation of the plants

- Updating the mgt of the working of franchisees on a periodical basis

- Ensuring franchisee sales organization as per the business plan
