Job Overview:

We are hiring a seasoned Business Head to lead our Warehousing & Fulfillment Services division in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will drive growth, manage P&L, develop strategies, and foster client relationships to ensure the vertical's success within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute growth strategies for the Warehousing & Fulfillment Services vertical.

- Identify market opportunities and trends for expansion.

- Explore new business partnerships and opportunities.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Lead client acquisition efforts and maintain strong client relationships.

- Negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction.

Revenue Generation:

- Develop revenue generation plans, pricing strategies, and upselling opportunities.

- Monitor sales pipelines and conversion rates.

Budget and P&L Management:

- Prepare and manage budgets for the vertical.

- Ensure profitability and cost control in P&L management.

Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to achieve business goals.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze performance metrics and report progress to senior management.

- Make data-driven decisions to improve results.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (master's preferred).

- 7-10 years of experience in business leadership within warehousing, fulfilment, or logistics.

- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Proven track record in revenue growth and achieving targets.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effective business plans.

- Knowledge of ecommerce and logistics trends is advantageous.
