Business Head - Tyre Business

- Minimum of 18-25 years of experience in the tire industry or a related manufacturing sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role from Tyre Industry.

- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability. Strong understanding of global tire market dynamics, supply chain management, and manufacturing processes.

- To provide strategic direction and Business and operational leadership for the tire business, driving growth, profitability, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to customers through Strategy, Operations, Sales & Marketing and financial performance.

- Ensure that Business strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.

- Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities and contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget processes. Responsible for all Manufacturing P & L initiatives and will work towards efficiency enhancement programs.

Qualifications: Post Graduate /Graduate in Engineering from a reputed college/university with Management Degree (preferred) .
